The best thing this company is that the salary comes on time. And the employees of the company are good. The best thing is that we work in a hospital, so we are getting a chance to serve people indirectly.

Average work environment & culture. Teammate are not supportive & management is in transparent .facilities not provide properly to worker.company policies not good ,appraisals are fake just hang to work for increment or promotion.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary also not decent or career growth very poor.

Salary increments and bonus chances are very less now a days. Career growth is restricted. Company is very good but lot of politics at some sites by site incharges and supervisors on some Employees. One cannot migrate to other company untill present project ends.

The company is open to innovation and gives liberty to apply it , i love being part of productive team, in Oman market they gained and reliable name by assuring high standards with all the clients , especially company assures the on time or ahead of schedule completion which has been acknowledged by most of the clients

Compensation is decent and salary package also good , Works pressure is so high sometimes works closes at 8pm , Freshers or new entrants not getting training's that resulted in poor performance of some project hitting the mile stones
