It was really wonderful experience, nice people, good working condition, quality of life very good.career growth is slow for Expat but salary is decent.

Oman Air is maintained and Run by Omani nationals who dont have proper knowledge and they have to rely on Indian & Europeans who always guide them in appropriately and makes staff to suffer. Here this just looks like blood donation camp keep on giving our blood and in return nil expectations. No one is interested to work in Oman Air

Very poor pay, no increments and increased horrible work.

Oman air is better workplace if you are in gulf country. Due to different nationalities, the culture, it’s amazing to work as team onboard,annual leaves granted per year, supportive management, career growth and skills

Job Security - company left me in cruel times when i need more support financially but very tough time in my life first time beg to each one...the people there more selfish means.

They only choose the hindu more who are hated each level to us.its name & country is muslim but the people there never understand & never knew what's happening in organization

There is no salary increment, grade no appraisal I want to work with Oman Air as a direct staff. Having more than 5 years experience with Oman Air. If organisation giving opportunity to me.
