There was no personal or proffesional growth. No trainings were given to teachers. There communication was never smooth between the management and employees. Quanity of students were given more importance than quality of students or education. There is no proper vision or mission of school. Your roles and responsibilities are changed without asking or informing you. Students smoke cigarettes and eat tobacco in the campus. There are no qualified teachers for the higher grades.
