Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Flexible timing and No hierarchy to follow.

Dislikes

Management takes suggestion from their illiterate Employees who even don't know about technical work. Even don't know the meaning of technical. If you are Jain, it is best company for you. Some old staffs and Jains make fool to Management. If you are technically sound, don't go for OMIL other you have to follow the instruction from illetrate people.

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day due to billing and planning work. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
