Comany is good in matters of on time salary payment,but hr policy is not good in many aspects. No fixed work as per designation,you are PM,Engg,Supwrvisor,Billing engg and many more thing at same time. Salary incriment is also not uniform, some year you may get incriment and some yer no incriment. Owner of the company is very talented,Practcal , humbal and helpfull person which binds people to the organisation inspite of many drawbacks.

No fixed uncriment. No employe friendky HR policy. Too much work load on key peoples.

Rinosh.O.M and Associates it’s a Chartered Accounting Firm.It will be more helpful to increase my knowledge and work efficiency’s and give a good working culture mostly I have chance work to all areas of accounting likes Financial Auditing and Tax Auditing.journals and ledger keeping of clients.Monthly and Quarterly GST workings and Tax payments.Bank reconciliation etc.I believe that it’s helpful to career and growth
