The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

No training as they are hiring experienceed people from India but once the owner will get the technology he will try hard to find the way to save his higher package. Once he is sure that his factory now can be run without you & when you will come on leave to India he will send you mail that the organisation no more requires your services due to poor economic conditions of the country OR poor growth of the organisation. Increments will be once in 2 year, no safety, no career growth. The whole group is full of politicians. The owner will never disclose about working hours, once you reach there your duty will be for 12 hrs in Nigeria. Job security is zero.

Dislikes

I joined Olympic inks Ltd. 31 December 2006 when he was doing the business of 15 to 18 Million Naira/month as he was making only flexo poly inks & Coatings for metals. After I joined till April 2015 I developed the systems for Hi Tech inks & Business growth was average 100 million/ month. He started bringing substandard raw material & hided the information about the quality of Raw materials, for making inks resulted too many big customers left. When I came on leave in April 2015 he sent me a mail that due to poor economic conditions he can't afford my salary. For my dues I complained to Indian Embassy in Nigeria as a result the owner Mr. Shyam Hatthiramani informed all the Sindhi businessmans in Nigeria to not to co-operate with me about job OR any order OR any business matter. The owner is cheater but has a big name in the market. He did the same thing with the previous guy Mr. G. Kalgutkar who was the founder of Coating inks for Metals. Started bringing substandard raw material & when customers ran away He tortured him to such an extent that he got heart attack & he was very much upset with me that why I admitted him in costly hospital Raddigton & why not I took him to Govt. Hospital. By grace of God he is survived today & Working in India. Once the person has left his organisation he will bring the original raw material & run his business smoothly. So be careful about Cheaters.
