...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

The company is giving lot of freedom to work in our own style. Iam the part of domestic recruitment team. Working with CEO is the great experience and it has been result oriented. Not like just entertaining clients, also ensure to get the business from each client effectively. Management encourages freshers those who have startup their professional career.

Dislikes

Management is good, decent and having mercy, but it should not be reflect on the employees performance. It may be effect to all other employees or in whole system in org.
