Good work culture, cross functional teams support is good. Excellent work life balance. Good job security. Very less attrition rate and high retention of employees. Accommodation provided by company in their own colony with all amenities.

Almost everything!!! Me as an chemical engineer i was used as helper for: lifting bags Lifting boxes Lifting drum pallets drawing Spot boy for signing Raw material charging As Helper for bringing plant requirements such as paper rims, stationeries etc from different departments. Even i was told to pick up the garbage in plant. Reactor cleaning with broom and cloth in bare hands with solvents. And further more they told us about hiring for 2 years and they are telling us to leave the company in a 1 year instead of doing duty in a shift. We were used as overtime saver and instead of doing duties in proper given shift they dont even think about for continuing us. 12 hours duty were also given despite knowing we were not given overtime!!!!

Nothing. Worst company I have ever seen in my life. HR head is too arrogant also he changes company policies as per his comfortable zone. never join this company no matter how much money they r offering.
