There is not a single thing to like about this company. The showroom is just a show off to attract customer and staff. So client and staff should be aware of this.

Everything. Its very strange how this company is functioning. 1. No healthy environment. 2. Boss does not know about interior at all. 3. Boss is bias towards few employees.Lot of politics evolved. 4. Salaries are given on 20th of each month that too in cash. No pf deduction ,No compliance fulfilled to run an organization. 5. HR is worse. She does not know how to even talk to professionals. 6. Suggestion for Client : Think 100 times prior saying yes to this company for your interior work. No one is there to take the responsibility of project properly. Typical East Delhi design style they will offer for all clients.Not a single person is technically sound. They build the design and break it at site as they cant visualize it prior execution which is very very important for a designer to have the sense of visualization. In short wasting everyone's time and client's money. Note : Do believe on the reviews which are given on this page. Almost true.

There is nothing that a person should like about this company. Bad working environment. The HR(Chandni) do the hiring part who don't even know 'I' of interiors and no technical interview by any senior interior designer . They just waste other person's time .....that's it.

Dislikes

Their is no growth in this company. Every next month they hire new people because the owner does not interact with their employees directly . They gave me their own idea for designing a particular area and put the total blame on me when it turned out as a disaster. Either they should have given me the liberty to design that particular area on my own .HR of the company says every new joinee " that ye company meri wajah se chal rhi h"

The HR is very rude. They just call for interview and make us wait for 1 hour for a 2 minute introduction that too for Giving a brief description of what we mentioned in resume
