Unit 1 not good for employees, Plant Head Nature not good , All data of analysis is fake and manipulate , they clear their audit giving money, it's formulation plant but hygiene not follow proper. In Hindi "idhar sab Paise ka khel hai"

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Company growth very slow and there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I like cultural of the company, i got great manager there full of knowledge and at the same time i feel soo good with my work and learning experience.

Dislikes

I think as per growth its not a great option l but i joined as a fresher after my graduation its good. But even if someone is looking fir job security i dont think u can get it there and also i never experienced too complicated politics but yes there are unknown politics in the departments.
