Best Supportive Managers I have ever seen. Both Sous chef and Senior sous chef are very dedicated and supportive to there team. And No words fo r extremely dedicated excutive chef. Company take care of each and every employee.

I worked in old world hospitality for five and half years but you won’t believe how time got passes away. When I joined things were little bit difficult for me but by the time I got adjusted there . But this pandemic did wrong with whole world and with us also we are no where now no job no work no earning family people can’t survive in this situation I request IHC head office to please take care of us as we were under them . Because it’s a matter of at least two three hundred families I personally request to IHC please take care of us as we were working for you last twenty years Thank you Regards Chef Pankaj sharma Degree holder (government hotel management college of India)

Dislikes

You can't maintain work life balance as you have to work either in break shifts or 11-12 hours without any OT. If you are fresher then it's a great organisation for you but after 1 or 2 years there is no career growth and increment in salary.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
