The company is open to innovation and does regular training on the job to equip staffs better.. I am glad to have been a part of them.. Oldmutual is reliable in terms of paying claims.. They have a global client base. There are opportunities to travel abroad and meet colleagues from other countries.. All staffs are happy to be part of oldmutual.. I love the fact that oldmutual challenges me to attain a goal in life..

Well i would say that my challenge was that debit was not done on timeand that frustrated me because I had a target to meet because only the debited clients are counted for the month..my manager didn't value my strength till i left.. Appraisals are slow..
