...se no leave, if got then do work from home becoz there is no backup for ur work No job security, will be fired at any time if u raise ur voice for appraisal and variable pay u will not be paid for variable pay and appraisal arrears for last year also if u resign before company will start giving variable pay and appraisal

Wherever you are in the world, if you're giving birth in a labour room you're expected to be on call at the same time and reach the office immediately after birth, preferably you should schedule your c-section accordingly to the CEO's schedule so that you're visibly in the office 24x7, 365 days a year

N number of hidden policy like no leave encashment, complete TAT from the date of payout if any bonus would be given, immediate termination if u didn't attend meeting, will abuse in meeting if you didn't give clarification on anything, meeting can be held at any time

No job security, no work lofe balance, don't get into the company because of his good salary its a kind of trap, sudden firing even if you have 11 months of expierence and beg for 1 month extend or expierence letter of 1 year they don't.
