...h you work for company . Dont work for this company if you have other options dont even work for higher salary. No holidays even during festivals like diwali holi etc etc you wont even get overtime pay for those days . If they feel like there's more work load they will call you even on weekends. From management side they will say lots of things but later on they will not stand up for those words . 0% trust

Everything! If you are a fresher, don't consider this, consider other options even if the salary is 50%. There is absolutely no policy. They will not give the role according to job description.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Yet, the problem remains bcoz the man at the top himself has a temper problem towards his colleagues and subordinates. If he does not like someones face- that person is asked to leave on the spot. That's how bad and judgemental it is.
