Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Working hours are very long here like 10-11 hrs every day.

- Unprofessional & Highly Egoistic ASM Nadeem Ansari & RSH Moin Shaikh. Many Good employees leave in Mumbai beacuse of these 2 People - There is straight Hire & Fire Policy in this company. - 0 Job Security. Even CEO of this company can be fired on the spot. - No Process standardization & Numberous flaws in there process. - for a Brand Champion or Retail Sales Executive Position - No fix Job timings. - Huge Pressure for sales - Low Quality product whether it's S1 Pro, S1 Air or S1X. Service department is not co-operative. So the customers who has Purchased vehicle from me they are shouting/scolding on me. In that case No support from my seniors - Nadeem & Store Manager. - Work environment in this company is - Selfish, High Attrition rate. Nobody stay here for Long term. Super Toxic work environment. no fix timings here I worked here till 1 AM night. No personal life. Join only if you want make your Life Hell here.

... we talk about there loop holes they just terminate us without any information.. when the salary date is comes you wont get salary and that time yu get to knw that u had been fierd. Terrible company. No security..

One of the worst company to work in automotive sector.Senior's are not supportive and arrogant by nature.They always demoralise and disrespect everyone. Work life balance is totally horrible.

Everything Don't spoil your carrier , Mental health and physical health by joining with OLA. U have to work form morning 8AM to Night 12 AM.worst Micromonitering process. All employees shoud share live location for 12 hrs.managment ask to open the stors till night 12 AM when you don't have sales on that day. ASM and RSM don't have manners and they don't no how to manage a team. No job security, 24*7 sales pressure.u don't take your week off untill done a sales. No product and service support.u need to fool customers to meet your sales target and u need to take care of your self no one will support you if there is any issue. This is a perfect job those don't have family,self-respect and want to live minimal days. Worst company to work.f**k u ola.
