If your looking for money and work then it is a good firm . It has a very good payroll as compared to many big mnc and most of the component of your salary will inhand . The technology they are using are very advanced and you can explore many good tech and can lead it also at very early stage.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad here . It is like a typicall startup where you have to available every time irrespective of the time day , they can call you any time and you have to be available. There is always a constant pressure to deliver everything overnight. There is no job security you can fired anytime

Salary is above industry standards for any position. Get to work some of truly brilliant minds

Work life balance. Given that it's a startup you would expect that you would have to stretch your timelines a few days. But now, it's managed very horrible. No respect for peoples views. Fast fail approach from the upper management in every aspect. Entire middle management is filled with nincompoops.

It was much good before 2 years. Now they have ruined everything. No benefits of staying here for long. They don’t value their own employees. Lots of internal politics.

...managers and then putting new people on top of you, who are much less expertise. No company culture, no hike for 1.5 years.

Work life balance of my team is awesome. Starting pay for new joiner is good if have competing offer. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

No appraisal. No benefits. Nil goodies, even no joining goodies. No free food. No good work. No process. Politics in team.
