HR supports you but they don't have any power . CEO okotech is v highly insecure and doesn't want any one to get settle in company except himself . MD was helpless in front of CEO . Clients employees and dozens of complaints against his approach but no gutsy decision by Management.

Dislikes

CEO of okotech Mr Chaudhry has irrational approach for Upvc business and lack vision for upvc business. He is always unavailable on phone and unreachable so forget about guidance also very arrogant with clients . More that 25-30 employees had asked to quit by him within 2-3 month only because he wants to secure his place in organization . Every month he pressureice to show irrational figures to management to lure them and at the end he shows that employess fail to do that .if you show him some correction needs to be done because of past some.goofs up he will asked you to quit .I was asked to quit immediatelyafter 20-25 days . HR anyhow get you on board by offering good hike but that will be only for few months ( don't leave your job for this company this is a trap and ) never ever join okotech if CEO is Chaudhry if there is change than only you can think to join is group. Ceo profile is more of collection and doesn't has a clue of upvc with half knowledge.
