Too much work and wages less , salary is very less as there is so much work pressure especially for field team , You have leave your personal life if you are joining Oki , You can take salary at time but the claim policy of company is not too much good , If they are paying 5000 will take work of about 3 lakh , in comparison of salary with work is very indiscriminate, team is not bad you can get support but if you talk about some innovative, you will be treated very inferior , Appraisal you have to forget of you joining Oki , In last conclusion - If you want to join Oki you must be pressure handle , More work with less salary, forget you carrer group & personal life . Forget to eat at time , but only get salary at time , to pay your Emis and Bill's.

Teammates are supportive and management is also transparent. Good to learn the new things and new skills if the your team manager and others are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow. People working need to stop playing dirty politics and blame game. Working hours are not fixed you will have to pick up calls at any time.

Never ever join this company this is not workplace this politics farm. If you enter this farm you will forget whatever you have learnt in the career. Company requires you to work 24/7 without any day off nor any extra time money. Company will give you 10 Rs and will ask you to complete the work of 20rs

Best place to work i worked for 10 Months..But i bet i couldn't have found the best people anywhere else.. Very Hr Manager and Super Bosses. Great place to work !
