Dear people, Don't dare to join here as sales employee as they can hire you on a good package but after that they will not give any increment for years and There is a part of salry goes to variable pay, they pay it after 7 months of years completion but if you left job then all the variable pay and benifit are deducted and they show this as policy. They will never share policy to anyone. Kisi b baat ki koi sunwai nhi h, na aapke paas koi rights h, management is in the hands of lala, and it is wrost part of company. I had wasted 4 years here as I was performing employee of the Company. But On which salry I had joined okaya, I left on the same salry after four years. One more thing to share, the hr will not pick phone after u left this organisation for full and final.

Worst company to work with...they will always want to take an opportunity to deduct employees salary...always been given the threat of loosing your job...and on the name of variable pay they will only show it on offer letter...on the time of payment of variable they only share you date and never give......

...Apr only and start his office with almost 100% capacity in first unlock of govt. In corona time we have given our 101% to company but in that company deduct our 10% salary from CTC ( Saying that will will put into the variable part and pay later for this year) and FY 2020-21 all leave. Employee has to get their salary cut for any leave taken(Leave encashment was the part of his CTC). The management is purely LALA type. Company didn't paid any appraisal/increment since last two year. Employee working form 10 year 15 year are at very low salary. Once you joined the company, you have to bear the bullying of management. Even a 85 year person from management is scolded very badly a female employee. In the time CORNA for they just playing the morals of their employees.
