... staff is good and supportive to achieve the goals. Work area facility are ok Salary on time. Owner is good and understand the things for achievable as per your profile. I am working there as a family member, not the employees so, much good for me.

More discipline and high work pressure as you should be call pickup in night and at home after leave the office. No relaxation of 1 mint late More politics between middle and higher management staffs. So, not job security there Company does the more new experiments while not need there. More defecult to say your idia to higher management/ boss. Much salary differences on same position staffs. HR not supportive with employee. He does which say the boss. Not value to work. Value of gossips there. Chamcho ki value hai keval. Inter department cordination is very poor Every one gain the suprierity at the front of board member. Whatever book the loss to company.

The company is to innovation abdomen readily abopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Something, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and Sametime late into value an individual, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed buying my mid - year appraisal, also is no job training for Fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide theme step-by-step which is pains sometimes.

Everything is great in this company.. Team members are very supportive and having a great culture in team.. every senior is supportive. Specially My boss is very supportive and great team leader who maintain their team in a great and productive manner ..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisais are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
