...ortive and the management is transparent. There is a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. Director's of Ojas Softech are excellent. There dedication for business is excellent. They are really a true young Indian and they servers humanity. There vision is totally different from other businessman in our country. I am a big fan of them that's why I applied for an interview in Ojas, and after selection I joined Ojas Softech.

...om there. Has efficient management and work culture is good. People are cordial. Salary and benefits are according to Industry standard and this is the motivating factor. However, if learning is the priority, than Ojas it is right place.

Nothing good to speak. Even if the company says it is 20 yrs old, 13 yrs old by registration, after joining, they will say that they are a start up and will ask you to work in customer support supporting astrologers. No career growth. Nothing new to learn, rather whatever you have learnt earlier, you will definitely forget since it is not used in the company. Washroom shared by ladies is also shared by the Director. You will find a mug in the washroom for cleaning purpose. no hygiene factor maintained. No infra , nothing...

Dirty politics by management. No career growth, knowledge growth, no innovation...... Nothing to like.. Team mates are not companies.... so should be avoided talking wrong about them..

My personal experience is only memorable because of the people employed there with me, my teammates, They were the one that no one could have asked for, the best ones around, more like a family, supportive, smart, innocent and always available whenever you need them.

I have worked Ojas for 5 years. Started acting as a Software Developer and discovered an exciting and challenging path working as Software developer. The strong knowledge about the design environment is essential for me to succeed to the software development role to design features to make the design activity easier and more efficient.
