...management, lifetime no no increment and no official promotion in the company. They forced to all field employees to resign from basic salary and join them on daily wages work on duty offshore and onshore operations. We all have proof of that. They don't care about their employees so my suggestion dont join this company.

They'll not fire you at any cost. You can get proper on/ off patternn

There working environment and training programs are very good. I worked happily there for 3 years. I am very thankful to oil field instrumentation for there support.
