The Company certified with API & ISO. I feel that I am also a part of a team that implementation of Quality Management System and Quality Products.

OCTL was great place to work with good teammates and training from superiors was also great coming to appraisals and salary their was not so much satisfaction comparing to others but ok as for the good environment to work .

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
