The Company is a Manufacturing of High Quality Seamless Pipes and Engineering Components like Drilling, Tubing and Casing pipes for Off Shore and Shore Oil Exploration Purpose. The Company certified with API & ISO. I feel that I am also a part of a team that implementation of Quality Management System and Quality Products.

Dislikes

The pay package is decent, but job growth is slow.

OCTL was great place to work with good teammates and training from superiors was also great coming to appraisals and salary their was not so much satisfaction comparing to others but ok as for the good environment to work .

Dislikes

Nothing so serious matter that I don't like but I feel that superiors should encourage their assistants without any egos.

Work was exciting as i was working as an incharge for a 5-axis Turn Mill machine with different new development projects,Thanks for the oppurtunity to OCTL,Learnt so much in that experience.
