There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but not permanent. There is a Apprenticeship training of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...acked organization, employees feels free to rest and debates on small issues . Nobody wants to work but needs appraisal, bonus and perks every year . They taught us nothing during our apprenticeship but only made us do their work, and busy on non- business calls all day by themselves.

Compensation in initial stages is good. Overall the company culture is good compared to other PSUs.

Stagnancy after reaching mid level in management. No performance related promotions. Postings in remote locations. No variety in work.
