Here is nothing for like.. most worsted company ever i Sean in my 7years work experience. Totally froud company.

...m to 3am we worked because they pressurized us. Specially Rajni and shivendu. 2. Salary is sooooo poor. They mentioned in 7th u get your salary bt after joining they give after 10th. And if any one stretched their timing they didn't extra pay for that. Also they forced them for work. Unnecessarily. 3. Some employe playing politics and doing lobby with others employe. And most storage thing is that the company head rajni and HR arpita also know that and they also support with them. 4. Maximum employ leave that company for their behaviour. Specially shivendu and Diptanil. They didn't know how to talk with a girl or a person. They insulated each and every one all time. 5. They didn't provide any benefits. Computer, laptop, internet or bill nothing. They always create mentally pressure on all employ.

Cheap Bengali illiterate people. No growth at all. There are team members working full of envy and jealousy who won't let you succeed in your task even if you give your best. Not a good company frankly speaking.

It was a very nice experience working with the organisation.. colleagues are very cooperative and the work culture is also good...the management is very helpful..very good for Freshers
