Company culture is terrible.There is no job security,even the quality members haven't too much knowledge.Because of there silly mistakes,new comers have to suffer a lot.Nothing to learn there,it's totaly a waste of time.There are no particular shift timing.Nothing is good about that company.

Work place,people are not that good.Main problem is to take a leave.They deduct salary for leaves.If you get ill then also your leave will not be considerable.Only one week off and its not a particular day.Its a rotational week off.Nither a good cafeteria nor good foods.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria, Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...nation process.. They are forcefully terminated people just saying fake reason..Salary deducted every months without any absent..Manager Amitavo Chakrabarty is like evil jaint... He don't know any manners how to talk with a employee..

Supportive Colleagues, you will definitely learn work under pressure specially your typing speed will improve. TL were good and friendly.

Variable and low pay, unnecessary cutoff from salary, no weekend off and holidays.

Not share proper details in starting days and without any information they are deduct 20% in our salary without any off. If you are late 30 min from office timing then they deduct 200/- and after 1 hour mark half day
