The time for personal career development is available for those who can identify the option. There is sponsorship for professional education. Work environment is changing as office politics appears to be taking over the rest of the professional ettiquettes

Dislikes

Career growth is getting minimal as there is less promotion and there is restriction of people to leave office, even when one feels underemployed. This is a result of management problems from above. Those who are not very professionally qualified are given more responsibility in certain areas

Likes

My length of stay has given opportunity to meet different dignitaries in government as well as various training, like asset tracking, value for money audit, forensic audit audit round the computer etc. Also ability to travel round some states in Nigeria

Dislikes

I really don't like the politics of placing some unqualified people in some sensitive positions, and i think also not compensating those that are really doing the work and bringing good image to the office and few other weaknesses
