Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.

The pay is very good. If your only motivation in life is money please don't thik twice before joining. No doubt the learning you will get here is way higher then that you will receive anywhere else.

No respect for the employee. Endless working hours zero work life balance. People in higher position have less experience them the working under then.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bondof 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

We organisation having some ask from you all though this organisation having very less formalities and more focus on result now many people may like it or many people dislike it

No training no skill development. If you salary is around 10LPA and you are unable to give them result in three months probably will be fired

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!
