We organisation having some ask from you all though this organisation having very less formalities and more focus on result now many people may like it or many people dislike it

Dislikes

No training no skill development. If you salary is around 10LPA and you are unable to give them result in three months probably will be fired

Management wants to sell products in credit with 18/24% interest per annum which makes it a very tough to justify before buyers. This company is working like a financing house. To hire and retain people, hr team always run a story of listing in stock market and ESOP, please guys don't be trapped, it was a start up, it is a start up, it will remain a start up. The management has no vision except selling higher finance rate. They used to spoil the relation with buyer by asking extra interest cost. No body wants business loan in 18/24% interest, so think thrice. It's a LALA company.

1 and only thing that salary credited on last day of month. And some good colleges give you some good advice.

Dislikes

No job security. To much work pressure. Some senior give you trouble becoz of there target. After full day working in office you have to work in night also.

Good flexibility. Good learning experience about Banking & NBFC sector. Salary is good if you’re from a decent college.

Dislikes

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!

Good salary for the management trainee role, opportunity to work in different projects comparable to domain based stints.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.
