Dislike list is long one important was salary never get salary on time no work and life balance also HR representative take money of foods which they never return to you if they have to pay to you After relieving from job no one is going to entertain and you are not gonna paid the full dues get ready for deduction which has no where written in there rule books.

I am camed here as fresher and I lot from about the thermal power plant also gain more knowledge in Electrical.All the superiors and coworkers motivate each other and happy to work here

It's merit point is timely salary, safety awareness, proper house keeping, Cleaniness. Demerits No salary hike according to seniority, improper salary fixation procedure, improper delegation of authority, improper interview procedure, No Overtime salary, inequity of wages, Improper planning work procedure schedule, maintenance, improper operation procedure maintaining working parameters and chemical treatments. Check list of wastage spare parts....etc and findings the cause of the damage before expiry. Lack of instrincic and extrinsic motivation......etc etc...

Fund of the company was spend on useless thing like cricket tournament No hike in salary... Always had a manpower issue..

Spend the company fund in useless thing like cricket tournament. No salary hike.. They always want to do only duty at the time when u want to take leave they don't provide u .. Hole dile responsible person is the plant head... Specially in OPM AMLAI unit.
