Salary should be as per requirement and according to the compatibilty of emplpyees since It's a challenging situation to live in this society with low income.

Nothing is good@company & maximum employee played with candidate interview.hr staff cheating to candidate in the name of job.a hr Pratik Singh very much sweat cheater,i faced an interview there@sbp HO Branch but later they different said & not select me as i had the qualification of job,they harras me.a fraud company of Western odisha,played with candidate in the name of job & harass there.noone go there if they call fr u job.carefully gone there.ok.

Mostly seniors are very helpful and there is a lot of systematic work which i gained is very helpful for future. It is very great period of time there and I learnt a lot of of work besides my working area.
