One will love to be working with Odoo, higher management are nice they understand employees and do make necessary changes accordingly for their employees

Pay is comparatively decent I mean if you compare the pay in Gujarat yes they are paying well but overall as a MNC IT fir its average pay not so excellent but yes still for some it may be fulfilling otherwise everything is awesome big thumbs up for all if you are in Ahmedabad Gandhinagar yes its great do apply with out any concerns.

The company culture is good, you get breakfast and snacks, expenses are less. The work is not stressful. You get to learn a lot.

...hing of their own, the framework the language, the product, the methods and all. Moreover Salary is less.

... working here in migration department I am not getting any else job in market. Don't see salary structure because after then it is like no carrier there out of company

Management of Belgium may care about the employees but Indian management surely do not.

... job security I case of mine they break their word on employment after 6 months. they normally back track on salary as well which happened with my colleagues. odoo has their own frameworks for python and javascript which nobody other then odoo uses. so good luck getting a job after some experience. the managers are terrible and barely literate communication is huge problem with them, they literally fired an intern because manager doesn't understand English and intern was from south. not many people understand the work there and developers are trying to aim in the dark hoping that the code will work. The major issue from all that developers in India barely develop anything they are often just solving bugs and i don't see any future doing that.

There is nothing good in odoo.

There’s little future as an Odoo developer since the technology is mostly limited to Odoo itself. Transitioning to Salesforce might be a better option, as it's widely used across many companies. Joining Odoo could jeopardize the progress you've made with more viable technologies, and the salaries in this field are often insufficient for a sustainable living.
