Toxic work culture.Management doesn't listen to Heads. Lots of negativity. irratic and unprofessional behaviour of senior leadership team, salary deduction.

They take work-life balance seriously and make the place as much humanitarian as you need it to be.

Sometimes they overlook your good suggestions and blame you for not being assertive enough while suggesting.

There is nothing to like here as an employee you will be treated as slave by the Heads of management

Cons There are lot of, few I have mentioned here 1. Toxic work culture, which is not created by employees but by Management 2. Politics by Management close/ Khas peoples and they get promoted by saying negative things about you. 3. No employee-centric company at all. zero job security. 4. They hire you for a particular position then they forget why they hired you, and then they will fire you and leave you nowhere 5. If you want to secure your job you have to have a good skill to plead with the management's khas persons, or he will create a situation to remove you, big lol but it is a fact 6. They deduct the salaries of every person even of a security and may hold for a while to meet their financial needs. 7. HR is just a Puppet, after hiring you he will be unknown to you, cause management (She) involved in every titbit action or compliance, which also can be managed by the HR head, but he is afraid of losing his job if he solves by himself Thinks 1000 times before joining, zero job security toxic work environment you will regret after joining

There is a bond of 3 years before you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees
