1. No system, unpredictable and unprofessional work culture. 2. Any time hire/ any time fire. 3. Illegal contract - all offer letter clauses for the convenience of employer 4. Daily unnecessary meetings 5. Half an hour delay in meeting timings 6. Instructed copy paste work for their innovation work cpx. 7. No value for the money what parents pay. Every year fee hike. Students leave in great numbers every year. 8. When you join, they press for blank cheque or high amount cheque but when they terminate people for no reason then they give one tenth of the money and even do not pay. 9. Second generation of the real owner is very cruel and impractical conceited young man who considers teachers as garbage. 10. It is like being trapped. Notice period is of one month but when you resign, it becomes 3 months. 11. There are n number of reasons for not joining this institution.

Yes only one thing I like in odm global school is annual function in grand way.

Dislikes

I dislike in odm global school is they don't respond and respect to staff,they will respond you as slave,and if you don't listen to management they will start targeting you and lastly they will make scenarios on that level from which you will resign and they are also making baseless policy in school.
