Odisha gramya Bank is Sechulded commercial Bank,It is fully controlled by NABARD. and central Govt.The job security of the Bank is highly appreciable.

The Odisha gramyabank is functioning in rural area of Odisha state ,The most of the branches are opend in rural area so it has no adequate infrastructure facility like other commercial bank ,so, that it hamppers the growth of the business. And other draw back of the bank are, The recovery system is very poor. (2)Though the staffs are govt servant ,the do not take extra work for the benefit of the bank,3-There is no good administration.
