...t and sun which they usually inform you one day prior which is quite unfair and you cannot plan anything on weekends,salary hike and appraisal is very less You can expect only 5% to 2% hike also they can anytime change there company policy and can also delay your appraisal

Not equivalent salary for all employees no matter if you are on same position Productivity is just a calculator if you want to survive in this company you need to be done 150%work minimum a day Not given a satisfactory incentive and perk as well Appraisal is also not so good

Company's culture is good and no latest technology Plus point is that my colleagues were come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy

Compensation is decent as compare to market and career growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value the individuals unique strengths , appreciations are unnoticed in appraisals. Appraisals are very very worst.. "Bias's will happen on the basis of language"

At an entry level, it is a good company to start with. You can get a lot of support. I was hired in the collections process, which is a captive process of Ocwen. Being a captive process, I think you can have a continued tenure in the organization
