I have been working with Ocwen for past 3.5 years. If you want relax job environment with decent package and with job security, this is the best one to join.Ocwen will never stop surprising you with on the floor activity and L&D activites and all the quaterly celebration. Work pressure depends on which process you get hire for. Some processes have tremendous work pressure but they get very good compensation in return.

Just like everyother company, you will face little politics here and there. Beacuse of which you have to be in the good book of your manager for growth.

No delay in payout of salary.

For Finance team there are no benefits given unlike other team. Eg - Extra hours approval, Flexible work hours. But employees work for more than 12 Horus in a day during month close activity.

It is a good learning opportunity if you are a fresher, team mates are very supportive.

Work life balance is not good. Need to do overtime every single day without any extra pay. Salaries and increment are less. No appreciation and encouragement.
