...ted grave yard shift. For women employees is really a blessing to work in Ocwen. Compensation wise we are better than most of the companies. Overall it's an amazing place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing just some people who make hell working of there is too much politics then we must learn to handle smartly and never complain about managers or leads it will backfire us some day. Just be careful with people make very good and genuine friends again depends on luck whom we get in our team. Perform well so that you need not have to think about job security. The lower your performance higher the chances of listing your name during recession. Totally depends on the team and management.

We have an open door policy. We can directly reach the senior management about any issues, suggestions without having our managers involved.

Pay parity - there are chances that a new hire can get an equivalent pay as you even if they are at one or two level lower than you

Overall company is good. Depends on team to team. There are few teams where employees are treated humanely and few where you will be treated as trash. Compensation also depends upon department. Few departments are paid too less and few excessively more despite having less work. Hr policies are at par big companies but not implemented.

In my team, I was abused like a street dog. I really did not pay hid because I was planning for mba. They will cuss you, demoralise you but don't look down upon yourself. There is no growth to be honest and if you want promotion then start licking your manager's shoe, after 3 years minimum you will get promoted. After promotion you might end up getting 3-3.5k more/ month. There is no standard procedure of work. Today they will do something in one manner and tomorrow in a different. This is the main reason company is under continuous stress. Period.
