I have been working with Ocwen for past 3.5 years. If you want relax job environment with decent package and with job security, this is the best one to join.Ocwen will never stop surprising you with on the floor activity and L&D activites and all the quaterly celebration. Work pressure depends on which process you get hire for. Some processes have tremendous work pressure but they get very good compensation in return.

Dislikes

Just like everyother company, you will face little politics here and there. Beacuse of which you have to be in the good book of your manager for growth.

It is a good learning opportunity if you are a fresher, team mates are very supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. Need to do overtime every single day without any extra pay. Salaries and increment are less. No appreciation and encouragement.

Toxic work environment Toxic manager and colleagues No training given Appraisal takes hell lot of time to reflect in salary slip. They say hybrid and give permanent WFH. Repeated harrasment at workplace. Using bad language by manager.

Digital Transformation DEPARTMENT is good including growth an people ( +management). Transparent and clean eco-system in Digital Transformation only in IT.

No appraisals - hire and fire management. Absolute no salary hike and no promotions even working for 6 years. " Especially IT INFRASTRUCTURE Management is pathetic where the VP Infrastructure and all directors of Infrastructure DEPARTMENT are PAST CRIMINALS from HSBC and VODAFONE ( as per HR reports of HSBC and VODAFONE)....but what to say....its corporate

Overall experience was good in my past 7 years, specially like the policies of the Ocwen, the way Ocwen care about the employees security and health it was undoubtedly awesome. Work culture was super.
