nothing, this is probably worse company you have to work for. only join when ready to sell your soul and you really need money to live. if you are an immediate joiner you will get the job, dont be happy 1 escalation you will be fired too.

everything, they ask you to submit cheque 30% of your CTC as bond which you will pay, and this bond will reoccur every time its about to end. You will submit the cheque before joining, what a big scam! they will not give you any bonus at all, its all lie, check reviews. no WFH, no HR on floor, Lala company, limited break hours, even 1 min they will cut half day salary. no growth, what can be worse they dont even have linkedin learning platform. womens are harrashed, mens have cult group, unwanted favouritism. Highly incompetent leadership.

They set a trap by make you sign BOND for certain amount (they will ask for cheque) at first place. Trick - BOND is only valid if you sign training document after joining as they say they are investing in you😂 they will sue you legally if you break the BOND and trick is do not sign training documents. Many employees have fallen in the trap and waiting for their BOND to expire.

Dislikes

Only ball licker guys get appraisals. All employees are their relatives or friends of relatives. Do not join this company at all. They spend around 10 days on training which is formally about the company and how work is done there, but still they say that lacs of rupees has been spent on your training 😂 so watch around what’s happening, means you have 10 to 15 days max to avoid to get trapped in their territory.

Process and Procedure : Every member have their own process, own rules. No policy for WFH, still fewer are doing wfh and other members are come to office
