I joined 4 months ago in this organization there is good infrastructure of new building and providing salary on time. Work environment is also good and colleagues are supportive about work and nice behaviour. There is nothing any pressure of KPIs or KRA if you are dedicated and passionate for your work.

Dislikes

Washroom is unhygienic and night shift allowance is not there also should be 5 or 5.5 working days.

Nothing I liked about ocube Is you want to spoil your carrier go for ocube no job security at all. The seniors work according to their own hierarchy

Very worst experience For everything you need pass it is like a prison even you are not allowed to go out during your 8 to 9 hours shift, if you will go out they will mark absent and no job security at all they only know firing nothing else This is third grade BPO organization

There is nothing for like or appreciation because nobody listen your issues and take action.

If I talk about the management It's very pathetic environment even their managers are don't know how to handle the situation "Fursat kaha hai cast difference krne se according to the manager Mr. Faizan Khan and he is very unprofessional or disgusting person he always flirt with their team members (girls) although his already married person but no body taking action for him, I left my job cause he threatened me or accused me for my character.
