...e is nice. Co workers/Team mates really supportive. Management is crystal clear. Salary is good and negotiable for the right candidate. Incentive scheme is good and prepared for achievable target. Appraisals are fair. Company gives performance based fair salary hike.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues maximum time. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before the completion of which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to newly joined MRs.

at the starting level you can learn many of thing is related to your career in this companey. their work culture is good enough. companey work in very good systemetic way. so work become more easyier but for that you need to have some basic technical knowledge of software like excel,word,outlook etc.

Dislikes

not of many thing but see the companey devide in some of modern and non-urbern type of working people so some times bydefolt confliction effect on you work always.
