The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Likes

Working with highly qualified doctors and trainers, who provide personalized scheduled classes and batch wise lifestyle development classes for clients. Octave provide a flexible timing for clients as per there requirements and sure results. The trainers are always flexible in their teaching style and sequences to cater to students of different levels.

Dislikes

Pain is one of the most common reasons why people are reluctant to practice yoga. From my experience, when you practice yoga with injuries, it is humbling, but it always helps alleviate pain. For most people, being sedentary is the cause of their pain and if they continue to do nothing, it only makes it worse.
