They give you the good salary but same pathetic Indian mindset, company is giving you the salary that means they can squeeze your mental and physical health. There are many reasons not to join this company. 1) In this company the management teams are not good even the HR team and all not co-operative in terms of working. No proper management. 2) OVER HERE IF YOU ARE SINGLE OR MARRIED MAKE SURE IN THIS COMPANY THE Work-life-balance is 0, if you are ready to work on weekends then join this company, because they are giving you the salary. 3) Over here the working hours are 9 officialy but due to the project deadline and all each and every day you have to work 10-11 hours according to the manager/client requirement, also you need to available late night for the meetings with manager or client. Literally there is no work life balance in this company. I have worked with many big companies but 1st time I have faced this experience joining this company.

Good and friendly environment. Learning a lot there. Less give Salary and increment also To everyone.But commited date and time they give. Training/learning purposes also good. Directly manger level we can talk.

Work environment (Timing) Because they thought, we seat there after Office out so not give time compensation.
