The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

...islikes. in this particular place i dnt find a single dislike apary from travel. salary is good travel allowance also good. team and seniors are very good evn in my 2 year carrier i didnt get a notice or pressure from my senior authority. As a sales manager it is a best place to work . the only problem with this company is the location in very rural area even there is not a single mean of communication like busses and taxies after 7 pm. apart from that best i evr worked...

Food sometime tasty some so bad. room services all the other hospitality staaf are not so much suportive at factory location rooms.

Rotational shifts frequently and lots of travels was few problems but that was the part of my job.
