...favoritism. They do not know how to manage work and just believe in buttering. Do not fall for their high salary package. They will treat you as their pet if they want to and make you bark as they want. You may have to sniff the but of the top management to get your work done. No wonder these organizations have poor ratings. Money is not everything. No one can force to work. Sometimes it feels that they all have some sort of Sadisum. Not being happy for other and they can not work in Team.

Lots of things are there to learn. Good liner ever seen. Who encourages employee.

Not getting good paid. As we are working hard so we get nicer paid . Everyone get same paid who doing good and who is average everyone getting same paid. Even new comers also getting that much paid who doing best work.

ONE is very good interns of job security the company is never gonna give up on you, ONE also has a very good policies but very less implemented on ground level.

Dislikes

1) Work culture - you always have to agree with managements dicision or else you will droped from their good books. 2) 2 year bond

Shipping is dynamic so sometimes industry turmoil affect internal work environment.
