I worked in contract role. The HR is waste. They don’t do anything. For each and everything small or big thing I have to follow up with the client and get the work done. They just process salary only. They don’t do anything from their end. Total waste. Management don’t even respond to emails.

Since I worked at client so I don't have any exp working at ObjectWin. They have good set of clients, good salary, interactive HR team.

Dislikes

I worked for 10 months, every month PF was deducted but I can't see that on PF portal. I have sent them several mails usually to HR, account team and whatever email I got. Even I posted to their facebook page, but of no use. I never got any response.

Work life balance is good. As i hv joined as a fresher i have gained knowledge on IT recruitment. Gained good experience aswell.

...oyees. But they just put employees on PIP if there is no onboarding in 3 months. There is a employment law that company should give salary for 3 months if in case of layoff. They ll not provide that.

The only thing that i like about ObjectWin was it was permanently WFH. The interview process was also virtual.

... interview is not at all the same when u start to work with the teams given. 2. Salary structure somehow gets changed sometimes. 3. Some team leads are very arrogant and rude. 4. Sick leaves are not always granted. Even if you're hospitalised, according to them u have to work.

They will not take an employee as a Permanent and they will not provide the salary and incentives properly. And also while you are exiting the company they will trouble you all the ways and they won't give the experience as well. Overall I had a bad experience over this company.
