...ou will be approached by CMD for job and once you join your life becomes hell. If you are late even by 1 min after 9:30am, your half day salary will be deducted. You are only allowed in pantry during lunch break before and after NO ENTRY. If you are moving from your desk, or taking any breaks, including washroom break, security will write your in and out timings. Appraisal- hahaha biggest joke of all time. HR are helpless.

Company like Oberoi realty a brand face a top real estate developer shall streamline the appraisal process Strict and ragging type of work culture System is good set up but people inside have made Bad and misused it to hide their own grey areas Not at all corporate culture it’s driven by the some of top managee Worst HR ever in any industry very rude non supportive and never come up for anything just sits and pay out the salaries

Given free hand to work as per requirement earlier, I can say till 2017 - 18 Oberoi was best company to work with. Company is still very good only CMD can make it best place to work again by taking employees genuine and confidential feedback to implement them. I wish all the best to Oberoi Realty.

Strict timing, you be late for 1 minute lose your half-day. Lately no learning opportunities were considered on newer skills, no salary hike for 3 years then no timely promotions. No appreciation for your work and you don't credit for your achievements. 3 yearsnback a micro manager joined in and started poking in each and every thing, wasting 4 hours in meeting on daily basis to understand smaller things, basically it has become trust issues then I had to go.

Company has a very employee friendly view as far as work life balance is concerned. It is near to my home, so the traveling is not hectic and long.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Their are lesser emphasis on training.

Supported well in lockdown without delay and paycuts in salary. Free food service.

Dislikes

The environment here is quite negative and demotivated. Site teams are asked to make wonders happen without manpower. Trainings are never given to the engineers. There are no skill development program. This company has superficial nature. From core they don't think much about the employees. They had not given last 2-3 years of Increment. Senior management is vision less.
