This is truly a great school, completely true to its vision and mission statement. Every child is special and every staff goes above and beyond to ensure that very child is provided with the best care possible. Overall a great culture, fantastic people, with a very talented and dedicated academic team.

The school is constantly trying to improve shortcomings of any so I wouldn't highlight any flaws.

No, Your job is not secure. Work culture is worst. Management is clueless and company policies are very bad.

Teammates are traitors, training never given, no job security, Salary decrement every year, no travel, discriminatory politics, No learning, Worst work environment.

This is a great place to grow. Very systematic and organised. The leadership team is amazing and they believe in teacher empowerment. Lot of freedom and ownership is given to excel in the school. I have grown a lot in their school. They really take care of your professional development.
